I am Miguel Yanez, I am certified by the Health Coach Institute and accredited by the International Coach Federation. 

My mission is to help others to achieve their health goals and transform their lives forever.

How have I accomplished this with others? The emphasis is on habit change. Our habits are automated behaviors. Many of the habits with which we live our lives are efficient ways of behaving, saving us time and energy.


Some habits are health-promoting, and then there are those ingrained habits that are health-destroying that have a severe negative impact on our level of wellness.

As a Health Coach focused in the Habit Change Coaching Method, I will help you to unwind self-defeating behaviors and patterns to stabilize healthy habits that will last.

Most people have a pretty good idea of some important changes they would like to make in their lifestyle. The power pull of habit keeps them stuck. They attempt to change a daily habit that they’ve performed thousands of times over ten or twenty years. It’s no wonder that they find it challenging to change! Habits are literally wired into our brains. The neurons that fire together, wire together.

My approach is not about quick fixes, a quick diet, or a free app that tells you what to do. It is about lasting change. And for that lasting change to occur, we’ve got to start with habits. I give you the tools to set inevitable success and I hold you accountable every step of the way.
